The study included patients with delayed wound healing at the driveline puncture site who were treated with an ventricular assist device. However, due to the spread of new coronavirus infection, subject enrolment was not achieved and the study was discontinued with zero cases performed.

入选标准
- •1) Patients with delayed wound healing at the site of driveline insertion in patients with left ventricular assist devices(LVAD)
- •2) Patients who are able to have blood drawn for platelet rich plasma production.
- •3) Patients who have given their written consent prior to the collection of blood for the production of platelet rich plasma.
排除标准
- •1) Patients with thrombocytopenia
- •2) Patients with hematological malignancies such as aplastic anemia and leukemia
- •3) Patients with significant anemia (Hb less than 7g/dL for both sexes)
- •4) Patients whose symptoms may be aggravated by the administration of polyplatelet plasma
- •5) Patients who are hypersensitive or have an allergic reaction to sodium carboxymethylcellulose silver
- •6) Patients who are unable to follow the doctor's instructions
