Inclusion Criteria
? Antenatal diagnosis of CDH with care in the Fetal Treatment Center
? Gestational age =35 weeks at birth and birth weight = 2 kg
Exclusion Criteria
? Chromosomal anomalies
? Maternal diagnosis with placenta previa, accreta, or abruption
? Clinicians concern for the clinical care of the mother or infant, or study team not available.
