Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Institutionalized elderly
- •Male and female
- •60 years and above
- •Ambulatory with or with out walking aid.
- •Those with mild depression on Geriatric depression scale (score ,10 to 19 will be included)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Severely cognitive impairment on score of Mini mental status examination(less than 9\).
- •2\.any unstable or acute medical condition where exercise is contraindicated.
- •3\. presence of any neuromusculoskeletal condition unsuitable for physical training.
- •4\.Those who are not voluntarily willing to participate.
