1. Aged 50-80 years;
2. Complained of memory impairment and confirmed by others;
3. MMSE score 24-30 points;
4. Hamilton Depression Rating Scale score <= 12 points (17 items);
5. CT or MRI scan within 12 months before screening without infection, infarction or other focal injury There was no suggestive clinical symptoms related to neurologic diseases; lacunar infarctions in one non critical brain area could be allowed without being considered to affect the cognitive impairment of the subjects;
6. There was enough visual and auditory resolution to accept neuropsychological tests.
1. Obvious cerebrovascular disease: his > 4 points or clinical cerebral infarction;
2. Moderate depression or another mental disease in accordance with dsm-IV standard in the past 2 years;
3. History of alcohol or drug abuse or addiction in the past 2 years (dsm-IV standard);
4. History of schizophrenia (dsm-IV standard);
5. Any Obvious neurological diseases such as Parkinson's disease, Huntington's disease, normal intracranial pressure hydrocephalus, brain tumor, progressive supranuclear palsy, epilepsy, subdural edema, multiple sclerosis, history of severe head injury with continuous neurological deficit or known structural brain abnormalities, etc.;
6. Research procedures cannot be matched.
