1. Patients suffering from mild to moderate psoriasis (PASI score 20 or less) for 3 months or more
2. Age between 18-65 years
3. Both sexes
4. Patient willing to take part in the study and giving written consent
5. Literate patients; ability to read English and/or Bengali
1. Severe psoriasis (PASI score more than 20)
2. Patient who are too sick for consultation
3. Unable to read patient information sheets and not giving consent to take part
4. Psoriasis with complications like erythroderma and pustules
5. Diagnosed cases of unstable psychiatric illness or other systemic disease affecting quality of life
6. Currently receiving homeopathic treatment for chronic condition(s)
7. Pregnant and lactating women
8. Self-reported immune-compromised state
9. Substance abuse and/or dependence
