Inclusion Criteria
All breast cancer patients aged =50 years having pathogenic BRCA mutation.
Exclusion Criteria
Only those patients were not accrued in the study population whose medical records were incomplete or were lost to follow-up.

Name Time Method All young patients diagnosed with suspicious breast lump should have formal imaging and diagnostic biopsy, if diagnosed with carcinoma must subject to genetic testing.<br>If testing identified mutation it should followed by high risk surveillance, family screening or prophylactic surgery.
