- •Primigravid women aged 18 years and above willing to participate in the study
- •At term (37–42 weeks of gestation age) Primigravid women with no complications during the antenatal period
- •Established active stage of labor
- •A single viable fetus in cephalic presentation
- •Intact ovular membranes
- •The ability to read the consent form and understand the study.
排除标准
- •Preterm labor
- •Malpresentation
- •Cephalopelvic disproportion
- •Antepartum hemorrhage
- •Any medical complications
- •Known fetal abnormalities
- •Multigravid women
- •Women in the advanced stage of labor
- •Psychiatric disorders
- •Skin lesions on the electrode application site
- •Presence of pacemaker
