- •Any patient undergoing total laparoscopic hysterectomy who is willing to participate in the study.
排除标准
- •1. Women with history of chronic pelvic pain
- •2.Any psychiatric disorder of patient.
- •3.Any contraindication for TAP block
- •4.Previous history of allergy to Bupivacaine
- •5.Any history of prolonged analgesic intake for > 1month in the last 1year for any musculoskeletal disorder.
- •7.Unwillingness to participate in the study
