Inclusion Criteria
- Age > 18 years(based on the date of signing the informed consent form)<br>2. Patients with locally advanced rectal cancer or locally recurrent (without distant metastasis) rectal cancer who are suitable for afterloading brachytherapy treatment.<br>3. Patients who are able to be treated with rear-loading radiotherapy as determined by the investigator based on his/her medical history, physical examination, and vital signs<br>4. Agree to participate in this study and follow the requirements of this study
Exclusion Criteria
- Patients with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency or other vital organ insufficiency.<br>2. Patients with severe bleeding tendency or coagulation disorders.<br>3. Patients with rectal perforation or other serious complications.<br>4. Patients judged by the investigator to be unsuitable to participate in this clinical study.
