- •- Patients of either sex scheduled to undergo elective upper limb surgery under supraclavicular block

- •- Patients refusing for participation
- •- Proximal humerus and shoulder surgery.
- •- Patient with allergy to local anesthetics
- •- local infection at the injection site.
- •- Bleeding disorder.
- •- extensive burn wounds in either arm.
- •- diabetess mellitus and peripheral vascular disease.
