Inclusion Criteria
ASA class I and class II
-Body mass index 18 -29 kg/m2
- Patients of either sex scheduled to undergo elective upper limb surgery under supraclavicular block
Exclusion Criteria
- Patients refusing for participation
- Proximal humerus and shoulder surgery.
- Patient with allergy to local anesthetics
- local infection at the injection site.
- Bleeding disorder.
- extensive burn wounds in either arm.
- diabetess mellitus and peripheral vascular disease.
