Inclusion Criteria
Iranian nationality
Minimum of 18 years old
Desire to participate in the study
Ability to complete the questionnaire or participate in the interview
Class II or III of CHF as diagnosed and confirmed by the physician
Exclusion Criteria
Have a surgery in the previous six months
Acute renal failure who are undergoing dialysis
Cancer patients who are receiving chemotherapy or radiotherapy,
Patients with COPD who need air conditioner,
Patients with CVA
Sever rheumatoid arthritis
Patients with visual and auditory problems
Belonging to health care team
