Inclusion Criteria

1.Traffic policemen having air pollution related respiratory ailments.( acute or chronic bronchitis,atopic asthma,sinusitis,rhinitis,bronchospasm)

2. Non smokers

3.Age group 20-55 years.

4.PEFR -Yellow and green zone.

5.no major systemic illness.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Age group above 55 years.

2.Smokers.

3.Respiratory failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,lung cancer,interstitial lung disease.

4.Dhumapana anarha ( raktapitta,murcha,jagaran paschat etc)

5.PEFR-Red zone
