Inclusion Criteria
Patients over 18
Patients in good systemic health
Having at least 1Implant that is been loaded for more than 1 year and has more than 1/5 mm Marginal Bone Loss(MBL) from the attachment level of Abutment and Fixture
Exclusion Criteria
Smoking or drinking alcohol
Pregnancy or breastfeeding
Using Antimicrobial or Antiinflamatory Medication over past 2 months
History of Periodontal surgery in past year

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Probing depth: the pocket depth from the mucosa margin to the bottom of the peri-implant sulcus. Timepoint: before treatment , after 6 weeks and 6 months after the intervention. Method of measurement: physical examination.;Bleeding on probing: The presence or absence of bleeding from gingival sulcus15 seconds after implantation around the implant. Timepoint: before treatment , after 6 weeks and 6 months after the intervention. Method of measurement: physical examination.;Marginal bone loss: Bone margin Distance from Fixture Abutment Connection. Timepoint: before treatment , after 6 weeks and 6 months after the intervention. Method of measurement: radiographic examination.
