Biopsy-proven patients with carcinoma breast, who are more than 18 years and have received hypofractionated postmastectomy radiation therapy.
�Patients treated with conventional (2D) radiotherapy technique.
�History of prior irradiation to the chest wall
�Patients with ischemic heart disease or other cardiac ailments.
�Presence of metastasis to brain, liver, contralateral breast, contralateral lymph nodes or bones.
�Patients with disease nodal staging N2 and above
�Patients with Breast Conservation Surgery as their primary surgical modality
�ECOG (Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group) performance status �3
