Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA physical status \-1,2,3
- •Adult patients of either sex age between 18\-70years undergoing major elective surgery under GA who require radial artery cannulation for continuous blood pressure monitoring
Exclusion Criteria
- •Positive modified Allens test
- •Signs of inflammation at puncture site
- •Coagulopathy
- •Arterial diseases\-TAO, Raynauds disease
- •Previous upper extremity or shoulder surgeries
