Adult patients of either sex age between 18-70years undergoing major elective surgery under GA who require radial artery cannulation for continuous blood pressure monitoring
Positive modified Allens test
Signs of inflammation at puncture site
Coagulopathy
Arterial diseases-TAO, Raynauds disease
Previous upper extremity or shoulder surgeries
