Belong to the institution; be at least 60 years old; able to stand up and move independently; have clinical clearance to carry out activities; follow the standardized meals offered by the institution; agree to sign the Free and Informed Consent Form
Participants who have any type of disease with a previous contraindication or impairment that limits anthropometric measurements and the regular practice of the proposed physical exercises; which are restricted to the bed; underwent surgery recently; had an amputation; have a confirmed medical diagnosis of chronic kidney disease; metabolically catabolic disease; severe neurological and muscle disorders; terminal illnesses; who are in palliative care; make use of nutritionally complete or protein supplements or drugs that affect protein metabolism; who do not consume animal foods; are allergic to milk; have recently experienced significant involuntary weight loss; use an assistive device or any artificial electrical implant; whose nutrition is provided by enteral route or who have contraindications for performing of exercises
