Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Health care providers â?? Residents (DM residents, SR Pediatric residents \& junior residents likely to work in NICU for more than 3 months) and staff nurses who routinely work and care for neonates in the NICU will be included for the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Other staff not in direct contact with the babies in NIC
