Inclusion Criteria
Health care providers â?? Residents (DM residents, SR Pediatric residents & junior residents likely to work in NICU for more than 3 months) and staff nurses who routinely work and care for neonates in the NICU will be included for the study.
Exclusion Criteria
Other staff not in direct contact with the babies in NIC
