入选标准
- •1. primary knee osteoarthritis according to American Rheumatology Association criteria 1986
- •2. Grade 3 to 4 according to Kellgren and Lawrence classification
- •3. Failed conservative treatment
- •4. A patient is scheduled for unilateral total knee arthroplasty
- •5. A patient can use a smartwatch
排除标准
- •1. Limb weakness which motor power less than grade V
- •2. History of arthroplasty on an affected limb, implant fixation on unaffected limb, spinal surgery
- •3. Post-operative complication in 12 months following up, for example fracture, prosthetic joint infection, and deep vein thrombosis
- •4. Psychiatric disorder, Dementia
