- •chronic renal failure and dialysis treatment for at least three months

- •Heart failure,
- •Lung insufficiency,
- •Chronic liver disease,
- •Diabetes mellitus,
- •Malignant disease,
- •Nephrotic syndrome,
- •Lack of compliance,
- •Unwillingness til participate
