- The study aims at bringing light on the potential benefits of specific yogasanas as a therapeutic intervention for individuals suffering from constipation.
Study Overview
Brief Summary
The patient are advised to perform some relaxation movement And then advised to do the recommended yoga for constipation in morning with 5-10 cycles according to the severity of the disease

Inclusion Criteria
- •Diagnosed with functional or chronic idiopathic constipation (per Rome IV classification) Able and willing to practice yoga under guided supervision.
- •Patient who are willing to sign in the informed consent form.
- •Patients who are willing to attend OPD once in 7 days Patients who are not currently on regular laxatives or willing to discontinue them under medical.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Diagnosed with IBS-C Colorectal cancer Psychiatric illness Severe hemorrhoids and fissures Endocrine disorder Pregnant women and lactating mothers Medications (Laxatives, oral contraceptive pills, etc.) Malignancy Neurological disorders Patient with any other severe systemic disorder.
- •Cardiac disease H/O abdominal surgery Patients who were not willing to practice yoga sessions during the study period.

Primary Outcomes
The study aims at bringing light on the potential benefits of specific yogasanas as a therapeutic intervention for individuals suffering from constipation.
