American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) physical status I and II
Type of surgery â?? Unilateral Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient refusal for regional anaesthesia
2.Allergic to local anesthetics/opiods
3.Bleeding disorders
4.Infection at local site
5.Patient on anti-coagulants
6.Inability to give informed consent
7.Psychiatric disorders
8.Pregnancy
9.Dementia
10.Known abuse of alcohol/medication

Name Time Method 1.Time of first rescue analgesic request <br/ ><br>2.Total amount of prescribed analgesic in PACU <br/ ><br>3.Any opioid related side effects <br/ ><br>4.Symptoms of Local anaesthetic toxicity like tinnitus, disorientation, seizures or cardiovascular toxicity (hypotension, dysrhythmia) will be noted. <br/ ><br>5.Any other complications <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 1.Time of first rescue analgesic request( time from PACU shifting to first requested rescue analgesic) <br/ ><br>2.Total amount of prescribed analgesic in PACU in 24 hrs <br/ ><br>3.Any opioid related side effects like respiratory depression, pruritis within the first 24 hours.
