Inclusion Criteria

Exclusion criteria in our study were: alcohol or drug addiction and smokers, ulcer peptic disease, coagulation disorders, patient whit chronic pain, allergy to diclofenac sodium, History of analgesic consumption, patients with neuropathic disorders.
And inclusion criteria were: Patients candidate for one level lumbar disc surgery. age: 30-60 years old

Primary Outcome Measures

Pain score. Timepoint: 1,6,12,18 and 24 hour after surgery. Method of measurement: visual analog scale.
Secondary Outcome Measures

Adverse affects of morphine. Timepoint: with in 24 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: yes or no.;Total dose of morphine injection. Timepoint: 24 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: summation of all morphine injected dose whit in 24 hours.
