Inclusion Criteria

  • •(1\) Diagnosed Case Of Knee Osteoarthritis
  • •(2\) No Intra\-articular Corticosteroid or Hyaluronic acid injection within 03 months

Exclusion Criteria

  • •(1\) Prior experience with Yoga Exercises in Last 06 months
  • •(2\) Knee Arthroplasty
  • •(3\) Pregnancy
  • •(4\) Any major surgery in last 03 months
  • •(5\) Inability to perform the intervention due to any systemic illness
