入选标准
- •Thirty adult patients who are scheduled to undergo general anesthesia under tracheal intubation at our hospital and who meet all of the following criteria:
- •1) an arterial catheter is inserted in the upper extremity
- •2) a pulmonary artery catheter is inserted
- •3) Written informed consent to participate in research before surgery
- •Therefore, the target patients are expected to be mainly those undergoing cardiovascular surgery.
排除标准
- •Exclude patients and timings that meet any of the following:
- •1. Timing when using extracorporeal circulation
- •2. Patients with an arteriovenous shunt
- •3. Patients with severe respiratory disease
- •4. Patients with severe acid-base imbalance, timing
- •5. Patients who cannot wear the SpHb sensor due to finger deformation or low perfusion, timing when SpHb cannot be obtained
- •6. Within 10 minutes after changing ventilator settings
- •7. Body temperature outside the range of from 35 to 38 degrees Celsius
