入选标准
- •Admitted to the geriatrics in the Medical Centre Leeuwarden
- •Symptoms of hypotension after a meal
- •Normovolemia
- •Cardiac stability
- •Instructive
- •To be able to sit in a chair for two and a half hours
- •To be mentally competent
排除标准
- •Dementia or not able to understand the study or not possible to be instructed.
- •To be mentally incompetent
- •If the first measurement without intervention shows no signs of postprandial hypotension.
- •Precency of pathology which results that coffee is not endured or the intake of cafeine is influenced.
- •No stable cardiac situation.
- •Dehydration.
- •If the patient is not used to drink any coffee and doesnot like it
