- •Pregnant women aged 18-35 years.
- •Pregnant women who are less than 7 weeks pregnant.
- •Pregnant women with singleton pregnancies.
- •Pre pregnancy body mass index 19-25 kg/m2
- •Pregnant women who have a pre-pregnancy body mass index of 19-25 kg / m2.
- •Pregnant women who are literate.

- •Pregnant women with severe nausea and vomiting during pregnancy.
