1. Participants with asymptomatic Sarcopenia of all gender
2. Age group between 40-55 years age(8)
3. SARC-F+EBM, a total score of �12 indicates positive screening for
sarcopenia
4. Ishii test, a total score of �105 in men and �120 in women is suggestive of
sarcopenia
5. Participants who are willing to participate in this study
6. Ability to communicate and understand
1. Participants with recent musculoskeletal injury (last 6 months)
2. Diseases or illness-related cachexia
3. Chronic illnesses (liver, kidney, cancer , CVD, advanced arthrosis)
4. Participants who exercise regularly or have undertaken lower limb strength
training (i.e., >1 weekly sessions) in the last 6 months
