入选标准
- •Those who participate in an outpatient cardiac rehabilitation program after undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention for acute myocardial infarction
- •- Those who have no difficulty in performing exercise load testing (modified bruce protocol) using a treadmill
- •- Those under the age of 19 and under the age of 75
排除标准
- •- Those who are contraindicated in exercise stress test
- •1) Acute myocardial infarction (within 2 days)
- •2) High-risk unstable angina
- •3) Uncontrolled cardiac arrhythmias with hemodynamic damage
- •4) active endocarditis
- •5) Symptomatic severe aortic stenosis
- •6) uncompensated cardiac insufficiency
- •7) Acute pulmonary embolism, pulmonary infarction or deep vein thrombosis
- •8) acute myocarditis or pericarditis
- •9) Acute aortic dissection
- •10) Physical disability that makes safe and appropriate examination impossible
- •- Those with spinal and lower extremity musculoskeletal disorders that affect walking tests
