  • TMJ dysfunction Forward head posture Cervical spine stiffness Neck pain Age group of 22-40 yrs Office workers 1-2Years of current job Neck pain reported for past 4 months Pain in TMJ region limiting the ROM at the cervical level Limiting ROM of TMJ level Intra-articular noises of tmj in the last 30days Myaligia or spasm of orofacial and cervial region.

排除标准

  • Acute inflammation in the cervical area or temporomandibular level Feverish state Having congenitial or acquired bone abnormalities in orofacial region Previous mandibular fracture RA Fibromyaglea Recent dental surgery Mental disorders and mental illness Neurological disorders ENT Disorders.

VAS scale for pain

时间窗: 3days in a week for 4 week

Goniometer for range of motion

Helkimo index scale for tmj dysfunction
