1. Patient with traumatic brachial plexus injury who fail conventional analgesic medication in appropriate dosage (Moderate to severe pain)
2. Age Between 20-60 years
3. No previous history of cannabis usage before
1. Previous allergy history of cannabis or its derivative
2. Unstable cardio-pulmonary disease or risk of ischemic heart disease
3. Previous history of psychosis, concurrent active mood disorder or anxiety disorder
4. Pregnant woman, current breast feeding woman, woman who plan to have child or not use the contraceptive
5. Patient who concurrent use of medication which may altered by cannabis such as Warfarin, Clobazam, Fluoroquinolones, Dihydropyridines group
