Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Human participants aged more than 18 years with impaired fasting glucose, impaired glucose tolerance alone or combined in both sexes, who have given written informed consent to participate in the study and agree for all examinations
Exclusion Criteria
- •Known classical diabetes mellitus
- •Those who cannot perform regular exercise because of locomotor lesions, kidney or residual neurological lesions
