入选标准
- •1. Age 18 – 60
- •2. There will not be any economic barrier/ age barrier/ gender barrier.
- •3. Patients with mild to moderate level of anxiety (below 14 points on GAD 7)
- •4. Diabetes Mellitus & Hypertension
排除标准
- •1. Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus, High BMI, Hyperlipidemic, any other Endocrinological disorders, etc.
- •2. With severe cases post assessment of GAD 7 Scale (above 14)
- •3. Pregnant & Lactating women
- •4. With chronic contagious disease eg. TB or Hepatitis C
