Inclusion Criteria

1. Age 18 – 60

2. There will not be any economic barrier/ age barrier/ gender barrier.

3. Patients with mild to moderate level of anxiety (below 14 points on GAD 7)

4. Diabetes Mellitus & Hypertension

Exclusion Criteria

1. Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus, High BMI, Hyperlipidemic, any other Endocrinological disorders, etc.

2. With severe cases post assessment of GAD 7 Scale (above 14)

3. Pregnant & Lactating women

4. With chronic contagious disease eg. TB or Hepatitis C

The Saraswat Ghrut along with Satvavajay Chikitsa is more effective in management of Chittodvega. Improvement in GAD 7 scale and ayurvedic scale will be observed.Timepoint: 8 weeks assessment will be done. 1) Day 0 - Baseline assessment of GAD 7 scale & ayurvedic parameters. 2) Week 6 - End Stage assessment of GAD 7 scale & ayurvedic parameters. 3) Week 8 - Post trial effect assessment of GAD 7 scale & ayurvedic parameters
