入选标准
- •1. Patients diagnosed cardiac amyloidosis confirmed diagnostic criteria and tissue or bone marrow biopsy showing amyloid deposit.
- •2. Echocardiography findings concomitant with cardiac amyloidosis and diagnosed by at least two experienced cardiologists.
- •3. Hypertensive heart disease patients with LVH(LVMI>115g/m2in male or > 95 g/m2 in female with RWT > 0.42) and age matched to patients in cardiac amyloidosis group.
- •4. HCM patients with LVH(LVMI>115g/m2 in male or>95g/m2in female with RWT > 0.42)
- •5. Constrictive pericarditis patients with echocardiographic finding concomitant with Mayo Clinic echocardiographic criteria and diagnosed by at least two experienced cardiologists.
- •6. Healthy subjects without heart disease with age matched with patients in cardiac amyloidosis group

- •1. Inadequate quality or unavailable echocardiographic study
- •2 . Patients with atrial fibrillation
