Clinically diagnosed with lateral epicondylitis (pain in the lateral aspect of the elbow joint, tenderness on the lateral epicondyle, pain during wrist extension)
Unilateral complaint
Having complaints for at least two weeks
History of inflammatory arthritis
Having previously received lateral epicondylitis treatment
History of elbow surgery
Oral or systemic use of steroids
Cervical radiculopathy
History of tendon rupture
History of fracture of humerus, radius or ulna
History of malignancy
History of coagulopathy
Cognitive function disorder
Contraindications of local injections (infections, bleeding disorders, allergy for steroids and/or locak anesthetics)
