Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Healthy volunteers; both genders; aged between 18 and 35 years; body mass index (BMI) less than or equal to 27 kg/m²; at least 25º of passive medial and lateral hip rotation without pain
Exclusion Criteria
- •Individuals who have practiced physical activity in the last three months; musculoskeletal injury or current or recent symptoms (6 months) in the assessed regions; inability to keep Latissimus Dorsi, paraspinal and hip muscles relaxed during the assessment; pain or discomfort during data collection or intervention and that makes it impossible for them to remain in the study
