Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Diagnosis of PD, based on UK brain bank criteria for diagnosis of PD.
- •Hoehn and Yahr stage from 1 to3\.
- •On stable dopaminergic drugs for at least 30 days
- •Genetically confirmed SCA\-2 and SCA\-12\.
- •Subjects 30 and above on stable medication for at least 30 days.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Features suggestive of other causes of Parkinsonism or Parkinson plus syndrome.
- •Subjects with neuropsychiatric co\-morbidity
- •Subjects with hypertension or diabetes would be excluded if uncontrolled on drugs.
- •Subjects with pregnancy.
- •Subjects with any orthopedic illness (arthitis etc.)
