Inclusion Criteria

An elderly person aged 60 or older who visited the clinic by complaining of persistent cognitvie decline
In the neuropsychological test, subjects who are in the range of 7 ~ 50% of the memory and the rest are more than 7%.
Subjects who do not meet the diagnostic criteria for dementia or mild cognitive impairment.
Subjects who have agreed to the study participation in writing.
Elementary school graduation or more

Exclusion Criteria

Those with brain diseases or brain lesions with a risk of cognitive impairment (example. stroke, brain tumor, Parkinson disesase, Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus, and so on)
Blood tests suggest thyroid dysfunction, vitamin B12 or folate deficiency, syphilis.
Severe uncontrolled depression, schizophrenia, alcoholism, drug dependence
Persons or guardians, legal representatives who do not agree with this study
SNSB test results in any one domain less than 7%.
Patients diagnosed with psychiatric disorders such as anxiety disorders and somatoform disorders
