Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • An elderly person aged 60 or older who visited the clinic by complaining of persistent cognitvie decline
  • In the neuropsychological test, subjects who are in the range of 7 \~ 50% of the memory and the rest are more than 7%.
  • Subjects who do not meet the diagnostic criteria for dementia or mild cognitive impairment.
  • Subjects who have agreed to the study participation in writing.
  • Elementary school graduation or more

Exclusion Criteria

  • Those with brain diseases or brain lesions with a risk of cognitive impairment (example. stroke, brain tumor, Parkinson disesase, Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus, and so on)
  • Blood tests suggest thyroid dysfunction, vitamin B12 or folate deficiency, syphilis.
  • Severe uncontrolled depression, schizophrenia, alcoholism, drug dependence
  • Persons or guardians, legal representatives who do not agree with this study
  • SNSB test results in any one domain less than 7%.
  • Patients diagnosed with psychiatric disorders such as anxiety disorders and somatoform disorders
