Inclusion Criteria
American Society of Anaesthesiology (ASA) physical status 1 & 2,
Patients between age group of 18-65 years. Patients who are diagnosed with Carcinoma Breast and posted for Modified Radical Mastectomy (MRM) surgery
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients who refuse to give consent.
2.Patients having uncontrolled Hypertension, Hypotension and Bradycardia (HR < 50).
3.Allergic to any of the Drugs to be used in the study.
4.Bleeding diathesis.
5.BMI > 30 kg/m2
