1 Female aged 18-25 years
2 BMI 18.5-22.90
3 Being Single
4 Suffers from primary dysmenorrhea (VMS grade 1-2, VAS level 1-7) and diagnosed by the gynecologist
5 Having regular menstrual cycle
6 Requires analgesic drug for relieving pain
1 Pregnant or breastfeeding
2 Taking oral contraceptive medicine
3 Secondary menstrual cramps assessed by an obstetrician
4 Having severe gastrointestinal, gynecological, or autoimmune diseases
5 Receiving gynecological surgery within 1 year prior to the physical examination
6 Having medicinal and herbal sensitivities
7 Taking any other drugs apart from analgesic.
8. Taking dietary supplements such as evening primrose.
9. Having Blood diseases with disorders of the blood coagulation system and volunteers taking blood clot-dissolving drugs
10. Abnormalities are detected through physical examination, vital signs, heart rate, blood pressure.
11. Abnormal laboratory include biochemistry (electrolytes, liver function, kidney function, serum protein, lipid profile, uric acid), hematology (RBC, WBC, platelet counts), and urinalysis.
