Patients who want to sedative colonoscopy in Chonnam National University Hospital
A. Under 20 years old or over 75 years old
B. Patients with poor general condition [patients with ASA grade (American Society of Anesthesiologists' Physical Status Classification) IV or higher]
C. If insufficient colonoscopy is performed
D. Patients with cirrhosis
E. Patients undergoing dialysis
F. Pregnant woman
G. Patients who chronically used benzodiazepine or opioid drugs
H. Patients weighting less than 45 kg or weighting more than 90 kg
