Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Patients who want to sedative colonoscopy in Chonnam National University Hospital

Exclusion Criteria

  • A. Under 20 years old or over 75 years old
  • B. Patients with poor general condition \[patients with ASA grade (American Society of Anesthesiologists' Physical Status Classification) IV or higher]
  • C. If insufficient colonoscopy is performed
  • D. Patients with cirrhosis
  • E. Patients undergoing dialysis
  • F. Pregnant woman
  • G. Patients who chronically used benzodiazepine or opioid drugs
  • H. Patients weighting less than 45 kg or weighting more than 90 kg
