Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients who want to sedative colonoscopy in Chonnam National University Hospital
Exclusion Criteria
- •A. Under 20 years old or over 75 years old
- •B. Patients with poor general condition \[patients with ASA grade (American Society of Anesthesiologists' Physical Status Classification) IV or higher]
- •C. If insufficient colonoscopy is performed
- •D. Patients with cirrhosis
- •E. Patients undergoing dialysis
- •F. Pregnant woman
- •G. Patients who chronically used benzodiazepine or opioid drugs
- •H. Patients weighting less than 45 kg or weighting more than 90 kg
