Inclusion Criteria
1.Fresh/Old cases will be included.
2.HbA1c >6.5
3.Patients who is already under siddha medication for madhumegam.
4.Diabetes with Hypertension
5.Symptoms of Polyuria,Nocturia,Polydipsia,Polyphagia,Body pain,Weight gain,Tiredness,Burning feet and Genital pruritis.
6.Patients who fulfil any of the above three criteria will be included in the clinical trial.
Exclusion Criteria
1.IDDM(Insulin Dependent Diabetes Mellitus)
2.HbA1c >9
3.Cardiac diseases
4.Pulmonary diseases
5.Renal diseases
6.Thyroid dysfunctions
7.Gestational diabetes
8.Other endocrinal abnormalities
9.Patients who are not willing to give blood sample
10.Patient under allopathic medication
11.Patients developed any complications of Diabetes mellitus.
