Inclusion Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
Trauma patients with extremity fracture; Verbal Numeric pain score more than 6; Age between 15 or 60
Exclusion Criteria
Addiction; Any contraindication for morphine or Pregabalin; Any other distracting injury; Inability to cooperate

Name Time Method Severity of pain. Timepoint: 0-10 minutes-30 minutes- 1 hour- 6 hours- 12 hours- 18 hours and 24 hours after intervention. Method of measurement: Using Verbal Numerical Rating Scale (VNRS).
