- •Atrophic scar patients (post traumatic post surgery post varicella post inflammatory post burns )

- •Psoriasis lichen planus and eczema patients
- •Patients with unrealistic expectation
- •Keloidal tendencies
- •Hypertrophic scar
- •Extensive surface area of scar >25cm2
- •Active infection either bacterial or viral infection
- •Bleeding disorder
- •Any prior treatment in last 3 months
