Inclusion Criteria
Atrophic scar patients (post traumatic post surgery post varicella post inflammatory post burns )
Exclusion Criteria
Psoriasis lichen planus and eczema patients
Patients with unrealistic expectation
Keloidal tendencies
Hypertrophic scar
Extensive surface area of scar >25cm2
Active infection either bacterial or viral infection
Bleeding disorder
Any prior treatment in last 3 months
