Inclusion Criteria

The inclusion criteria: people who are aware of their disease, The desire to participate in the study, the ability to participate in group therapy sessions, having at least ability to read and write, Not having chronic illnesses other than cancer, Not having a history of mental illness, Not having a psycho-education classes simultaneously or six months ago, getting 20 score and less than 20 in Snyder's hope scale, being in the age range 20 to 55.
