Patients presenting with single missing
maxillary anterior tooth, either unilaterally or
bilaterally with 4-6 mm of residual alveolar bone
Height and width.
Are at least 18 years of age and able to sign an
informed consent form
Maintainable oral hygiene
Who will be ready to have their progress
followed for at least 6 months.
Patients with systemic illness/systemic drugs
that would affect postoperative healing
Patients with poor oral hygiene
Chronic smokers,
Pregnancy or lactation
Psychiatric illness,
Unwillingness to return for the follow-up
examination

Name Time Method 1.The outcome of this study is to compare three -dimensional alterations clinical-radiographically following the use of Allogeneic bone block graft versus Autogenous bone block graft for augmentation at single tooth combined defects (HVC Class III-m) in maxillary anterior aesthetic zone after 6 monthsTimepoint: 1.Baseline - immediate after the surgery (T0). <br/ ><br>2.after the 6 month of post surgery (T1)
