Patients who are admitted to the Stroke Complex Routine at the Schwarzwald Baar Clinic;
maximum age of 90; first stroke orsecond stroke without described central facial paresis, Patients with ischemia or haemorrhage independently of localisation or size with a maximum NIHS Score of 20, a central facial paresis with a maximum score of 83 at the Sunnybrook Facial Grading Scale, written permission to partizipation
sightlessness, neglect, cognitive deficits which unable the patient to execute the tasks, disablility to understand or to give consent
