Anthropometric Assessment of Hand Grip Strength Across BMI Categories Among Healthy Young Adults In India.

The study was approved by institutional ethical committee[IEC]- Ethical clearance number: SRMIEC- ST1225-5079 of SRM Medical College Hospital And Research Centre. The participants will be selected according to the inclusion criteria and and will be informed about the study.. The informed consent will be obtained from the participants. Then there BMI and anthropometrics measurement will be taken. In standardized testing position there hand grip strength will be measured. A power calculated samples of n= 350 ,with 10% contingency resulting in  final sample of n= 385 was estimated, Study setting: SRM College Of Physiotherapy, SRM Institute Of Science And Technology, Kattankulathur. Collected data will undergo appropriate statistical analysis to draw meaningful conclusion.
